How do I get my files?

Via Gumroad download link at launch (today: pages show "opening" until checkout is wired). Re-issues anytime on request.

Do I need paid Notion?

No — free plan is enough for everything. Sheets products need only free Google Sheets.

Refunds?

Under $10: automatic. $10+: answered within 24h. Digital goods, but we'd rather you stay happy than stay paid.

Support scope?

Download/access issues. Setup questions: the guides cover the rest. No customization work.
