# VN Freelancer Budget Starter — free sample

A one-page version of the Budget Pack, pre-loaded with a Vietnamese freelancer's sample August: 18M salary + 3.5M freelance, rent in D7, EVN bill, money sent home. VND throughout, Momo/Techcombank/cash accounts.

## 5-minute start
1. Import `Transactions-VND-sample.csv` into a Notion Table database (`•••` → Merge with CSV).
2. Add a Select property `Type` (Income/Expense) if the import made it text.
3. Two views: "This month" (all rows) and "Where it went" (group by Category).
4. Replace the sample rows with your numbers. Done — you now see every dong.

## The one rule
Payday split, immediately: 10% savings, fixed costs, rest is yours. Automate the split in your banking app if it allows sub-accounts; otherwise do it by hand on payday, 2 minutes.
